Instructions
Pillow: Spray 3-4 times, holding bottle about a foot away from the pillow. Room: Spray liberally around space, aiming high into the air. Shower Mist: Spray 3-4 times into the steam above your shower head.Ingredients

I spritz this on my pillow too! I've never smelled anything else like it and it's a perfect subtle accent to my bedroom. Not overpowering in the least. Love it!
Ok, I don't know if this is simply a placebo effect, or this spray is just truly amazing, but ever since I started spraying this on my pillow at night, I haven't even had so much as a sniffle! I work in the theatre, and during my last show, my cast seemed to have come down with the plague, it was so bad. Fevers, vomiting, coughing, sinus problems, body aches, the works! I never even sneezed! First time I think I've ever escaped the dreaded ick that spreads through every show I work on... I will be buying this stuff for LIFE!!!
I have a medically fragile child, so anything natural I can do to protect her health is a huge blessing. Cloudberry's Thieve's Oil is easy to use, has an amazing scent, and has been very effective this past winter in preventing illnesses spreading between our family members. I LOVE it!!
